This fact book contains information about Georgia College over the past years including student, faculty, financial information and numerous other items that are useful for on and off campus stakeholders. In addition, the fact book contains data that are frequently requested during the academic year or data we what find may be of some use or interest to the general public. Therefore, the fact book is continuously being added to and revised as we proceed throughout the year.

Studies here have been organized in discrete individual displays which may include tables, graphs and explanatory text. Furthermore, external links have been added to provide additional sources of information. An internal link to our Research Data Repository, which provides custom analysis of real-time data, has also been supplied.

Fact Book Sections

General Information - This section contains general information including mission, history, administration and organizational charts.

Student Enrollment - The student enrollment section contains various information about new freshmen, transfers and other student enrollment facts.

Course Enrollment - The course enrollment section contains information pertaining to enrollment in courses taught such as course hours per student, # of attempted hours per student, etc.

Admissions - Data in this section includes applied, admitted, and enrollment numbers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)- The KPI section provides key performance indicators used for executive decisions, such as percentile of student SAT scores, percent of students receiving financial aid, etc.

Degrees Awarded - The degrees awarded section holds information regarding to the degrees awarded to graduate and undergraduate students during a full academic year (fall to summer).

Faculty and Staff Information - This data comes from Academic Affairs, ADP, Human Resources and student opinion surveys. Reports include data on part/full-time staff and faculty.

Finance and Facilities - This section contains information on Georgia College's endowment, Financial Aid and Budget information as well as statistics about classrooms.
