The GCSU Data Repository is a web-accessible data warehouse developed by the Office of Institutional Research. It provides both summary and detailed information on students, faculty, academic programs, and course offerings at GCSU.
Access to this website is limited to ON CAMPUS ACTIVITY ONLY and available to GCSU employees who have express authorization and who have been given the current password. Reports generated through this website may include student education records and student identification numbers which are protected from unauthorized disclosure by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Permission to access this website does not include the authority to disclose student education records to other persons who are not so authorized. Reports or summaries which are printed from this website and which contain student identification numbers or education records must be kept confidential. Any questions concerning permissible use of these data may be directed to the Office of Legal Affairs.
