Comprehensive Program Review - CPR Template

GCSU's CPRs are completed in Taskstream using the following template. CPRs should be compiled by program department chairs with the assistance of program coordinators and program faculty. The CPR should be a transparent process and the resulting report should be discussed with all program faculty, including data, outcomes, and long-term goals and plans for improvement. Upon completion, the CPR will be reviewed by the dean of the college, the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness, the institutional VPAA, and then with the USG. Programs that fall within the low-producing threshold will be required to provide specific information, goals, and plans for increasing the number of program graduates as indicated by a 3-year average rate of program completers.
